ITAC, LTD. was founded in Yokohama as a consultant firm dealing with technical transfer and commercialization of new technologies from USA and Russia with a capital stock of 20 million yen.
April 1995
Head Office was moved to Kamakura with an increased capital stock of 35 million yen.
May 1995
- Head Office was moved to Ojiya, Niigata.
- Head Office was moved to Nakano-ku, Tokyo and Research Laboratory newly opened in Nagano.
February 1996
Concrete and bed rock demolition technology was developed with 7 overseas and 4 domestic patents obtained.
December 1999
Head Office was moved to Kitaotsuka, Toshima-ku, Tokyo.
March 2000
Niigata Branch and Research Laboratory were founded in Niigata.
September 2000
Head Office was moved to 2-24-5 Kitaotsuka, Toshima-ku, Tokyo (Station Front Tower 1F).
October 2000
Production of hydrogen-free DLC coating was inaugurated.
January 2001
Partnership in International Science and Technology Center (ISTC) was approved.

The world first commercialization of explosive electron emission device was successfully achieved.

"National Conference Prize" of JSEME was awarded for the paper "A study on mold surface finishing by means of large area electron beam".
June 2004
- JSDMT's "Technology Prize" was awarded for the paper "Development of a high efficiency mold finishing technique without hand polish".

A plasma-ion nitriding device based on nitrogen implantation was introduced.
